La respuesta, (como la mayoría de respuestas en el área de la #medicina) es: depende de cada persona.
Sin embargo, el mito que sí se puede eliminar es que la vista NO se va a dañar si no se usa el anteojo. Lo que comunmente le digo a mis pacientes es: utilicelo para las actividades que creas necesario su función.
